pour it out, even if it is disguised in tears.

when was the last time you cried? the last time when you let your tears flow because you couldn't choose words to vent what was killing you inside without your mind blabbering about how you shouldn't cry because you are a grown-up. did you have the rest of a shoulder or did you make your pillow a confidante? were your tears honest enough to convince people of your pain? you don't need to be apologetic for crying in public and being judged as weak and emotional. should you bury all pain and grief your hold within and fake a smile on your acne dwelling face? even if you can. don't. vent out, rant, scream, wail, yell, howl, do everything you want to do to let out your pain because pain is powerful and conquering the pain makes you strong and content.
//let the pain be your strength//
